Our Company
Patti Ayers & Associates, Inc., The Property Management Specialists, is a company dedicated to excellent customer service, while providing value to our clients. We also believe in providing a quality product to our tenants, as evidenced by our properties. We will not rent a property that is in need of repair, is in poor condition, or presents a risk to our tenants in any way.
We take pride in the service we provide, taking care of our owners and tenants in an efficient and responsive manner.
Our goal is to answer each and every telephone call, and try not to let any call go to voice mail. You won’t get a call center with our company! However, if we should be out of the office on an appointment, we will return any call within 24 hours.
We also have someone on call with any emergency maintenance requests so that nothing is left until the next business day.
Our owners are able to access their accounts 24 hours a day/7 days a week, should they wish to review their year-to-date information, or to review any of their documents. All owners have their unique log-in and password.
Patti Ayers & Associates is ready to assist you, whether you have one property, or many properties! We also offer discounts to owners who have multiple properties.
