Patti Harris Ayers
Patti Harris Ayers entered the real estate profession in May, 1987 after a successful 8-year career at Eastern Airlines. She was first licensed with Century 21 Southeastern in Marietta, and then with Buckhead Brokers, also in Marietta. In 1997, she decided to relocate back to Fayette County to be near her family. She then formed her own company in 1999,Patti Ayers & Associates, Inc., and was also the Broker of Cutting Edge Property Management, Inc. until June 2010. Patti's many years of experience include residential re-sales, new home sales, new home construction, and property management.
She is actively involved with the Fayette County Board of REALTORS, and is also a member of the Georgia Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. Patti has served in various capacities with The Fayette County Board of REALTORS, including serving as the Programs Committee Chair, The Strategic Planning Committee Chair, a member of The Communications Committee, The Executive Committee Chair, The Nominating Committee Chair, VP of Government and Community Affairs, and as a Local Director. Patti was also the President of the Fayette County Board of REALTORS in 2007.
Patti holds the designations of CRB, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, GRI, Graduate Realtors Institute, and SFR, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource.
Patti is also a member of NARPM, National Association of Residential Property Managers.
On a personal note, Patti was born in Atlanta and grew up in metro Atlanta. Her family moved to Peachtree City in March 1969. Patti is a 1974 graduate of Fayette County High School and a 1978 graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology, earning a B.S. in Industrial Management.
Patti currently resides in Peachtree City and has two sons. One son attends McPherson College in McPherson, Kansas, and the other son attends Landmark Christian School. They are members of Peachtree City United Methodist Church.
Debbie Lowe
Debbie Lowe was born in Baltimore, Maryland. After graduating from Bel Air Senior High, Debbie attended Thiel University in Greenville, Pa where she did her undergraduate studies in Pre-Med. After marrying and moving to Homestead, Florida she worked as a surgical assistant for a general and thoracic surgeon for 13 years. When he retired, she decided to enter the real estate profession in 1982.
In 1984, after a move to the Tyrone, Georgia area, Debbie affiliated with ERA Miriam Fulton Realty which became Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty. In December of 2007 Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty merged with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty to form the Southern Crescent's largest real estate company. Debbie has now partnered with Patti Ayers to assemble a firm of highly qualified Realtors with proven track records, who operate their business like a profession and not a part-time job.
Debbie has been very active in the Tyrone area. She completed Leadership Fayette in 1986, was named Tyrone's citizen of the year in 1987, chaired the Tyrone Industrial Development Authority in 1990 and 1991, served on the Board of Directors of the Economic Development Organization of Fayette Country in 1990 and 1991, and was active on numerous committees with Project:Fayette 93. She is currently a member of the Peachtree City CERT Team (Civilian Emergency Response Team).
Active in the Fayette County Board of Realtors, she was Vice President of Professional Affairs, and has chaired the Professional Standards, Grievance, Million Dollar Club Committees as well as served on the Administration and Operations and Board of Directors. She has been a member of the Fayette County Million Dollar Club, now called Circle of Achievement, for the last 27 years and has won numerous awards from Coldwell Banker. She holds the designations of GRI, ABR, SRES, e-PRO, and ASR.
As a charter member of the Rotary Club of Tyrone, she twice chaired the Community Service Committee, served as Treasurer and served on the club's Board of Directors.
Debbie, who is divorced, currently resides on an 18 acre ranch in Tyrone with her horse and dog. This ranch is a licensed Horse Hotel for people needing a place to lay over while traveling with horses. She also is setting up a 30 Acre Horse Camp adjacent to Roosevelt State Park on the Horse Trails in Pine Mountain Georgia.
